The Entrepreneurial Academy
Since 2019, Top Notch Scholars youth have sparked the creation of our ‘Entrepreneurial Academy’ by simply wanting to go on college tours and creating scholarships to create access to higher education. Lawrence, Massachusetts is a predominantly low income community and affording college is one of the biggest barriers our youth face. Attending and graduating college or a trade program is extremely important in order to reach the next level of success. What was our immediate solution? Our youth reached out to a Krispy Kreme location to lock in a partnership. Our scholars started reselling Krispy Kreme doughnuts to teachers, families, and friends and it was a HUGE SUCCESS.
Through our business training and ongoing mentorship conducted across these years in the program, our students learned fundamental business skills such as:
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Public Speaking
- Branding
- Social Media Marketing
- Partnership Creation
- Budgeting
- Sales
- Inventory Control
- Building Rapport
- and closing the deal.
With consistent determination, hard work, and grit that our scholars innately have, the program produced $15,000 which created 10 scholarships for our youth!
In 2020, our partner Krispy Kreme location closed due to unforeseen circumstances making it impossible to complete running the program. So what do entrepreneurs do? PIVOT!

Top Notch Water
We take tremendous pride in our exceptionally, Pure Natural Spring Water. Our water is pure, clean, crisp and naturally refreshing.
Our Natural Spring originates nearby in the heart of a 1,500 acre forest which flows down a mountain in PA. It flows directly into the testing and bottling facility through a series of pipes at the base of the mountain where it undergoes an environmentally-friendly process involving ozonation, UV light, and 3-stage microfiltration. Our facility receives a grade 3 from the Safe Quality Foods Institute, the most difficult testing certification, which we are proud to share the highest quality water with our supporters.
Our water naturally has ultra-low mineral content and is routinely tested. The water has not been exposed to the air until YOU crack the cap!

TDS, or Total Dissolved Solids, measures the amount of calcium, magnesium, sodium, and other elements in the water. The closer the water is to 0, the purer the water.

In addition to testing by the NSF and SQF Level 3 certificates, our water is tested every 30 minutes on the production line. This water undergoes micro testing in our in-house laboratory to ensure that each and every bottle meets our highest quality standards. This water test is completed at the end of a 72 hour period at which point your bottled water will be released for shipment to its final destination.
Production
Our beautiful 16.9 oz bullet style bottles are blown in-house and are 100% recyclable. Our facility is capable of producing up to 650 bottles per minute. We produce and ship 5 days a week throughout the year.

Our purpose is simple! Bridging the gap of education and success for our youth through scholarships. Whether our youth want to attend a 2- or 4-year college or embark in a trade program… We want our youth to know that they are loved, supported, and we have their back. It takes a village to raise a child and this is why we want to do something big for the ones that need it the most.
